We bought this refrigerator in december from home depot. home depot only has 48 hr return defective policy. didn't realize freezer would go warm at times until february. called frigidaire for help. technicians never show up. called again. same. BAD product, BAD service. would rather call garbage collector next than deal with frigidaire.

Nice model, all the basics for a good price. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, the design of the freezer is probably the dumbest I have ever seen. ALL of the vents are placed in such a way that no matter what you put in the freezer, however small (or large) it will block AT LEAST one vent? Who does this???? Even the ancient refri/freezer I replaced had the vents in one central pillar at a higher level so they would not get blocked. This one has vents on both top and bottom shelves literally right in the middle of the back wall....you cannot avoid blocking them unless you leave the freezer empty.The dumbest design ever!!!!!

From day one I had multiple problems, multiple long calls to ™warranty service™ and multiple service calls that after 5 months are still not being addressed by Frigidaire. I still do not have a fridge that works right and I have been demanding a refund, with no success. I have emailed to a ™supervisor™ with no reply. I will never buy another Frigidaire.

The refrigerator has clean lines and you can barely hear it when it is running. The door shelves are large and hold half gallons of milk and juice bottles easily.

I purchased this unit as a spare used for additional food storage. So it mostly sits idles with the doors closed. My freezer tempurature fluctuates significantly between +10 and -20 degrees. Is this normal and expected? I thought freezer temps were supposed to be around 0 degrees.

Do not waste your money. I have only had this fridge for 4 months and it stopped working. Customer serve with frigidaire is horrible I will never buy anything frigidaire again. Customer service is only worried about getting you to buy additional products for a non working fridge. Lost all my food and they don't care only tried to get me to purchase a filter or a mini fridge. They should be ashamed at the poor customer service

I purchased the 18 cubit foot refrigerator on the 6th of January and it was delivered on the 8th . We are exactly one week out and the refrigerator stopped working!!! I called Lowes where I purchased it and they said they couldn't do anything i would have to call Fridgedaire and get help. Upon calling them they could send someone out in a week. Are you kidding me?? Its a brand new refrigerator and this is all you've got to say?? I paid almost $700 for a week? Between Lowes and this company I would do business elsewhere!! No way will i EVER do business with either one. I plan on reviewing this in every place that asks for a review.

Just arrived, was only able to view it online before purchase. Seemed like the best option for the color, pocket handle 18 CU group, with a butter shelf in the door. Good price. Quiet unit. Freezer works extremely well, the ice cream is rock hard at the recommended setting. Found that lowering the freezer didn't help as much as lowering the fridge temp did. Sleek, and unassuming.CONS: The fridge part is REALLY LOW. I'm 5'6, and have to bend down to even see what's on the top shelf, and to get anything from the back. Did not come with the option to have the doors switched at delivery, apparently the only Fridge that is like this. I was able to do the job myself, with the supplied parts, after tilting the unit 45 degrees back. The foot has to be switched as well. Took me 30 min after trial and error. Replaced a Hotpoint from 2005, so just about any new model would work better. But it's a big design flaw that the fridge part is basically built for a petite person.

The fridge is very quiet when running and there is sufficient water space. Door storage is very good and easily holds large cartons. This fridge is being used in a winter residence and is not a second or ™garage™ refrigerator as described by the store™™s website. We are disappointed that the lighting inside the refrigerator portion is only adequate when the top shelf isn™™t full. When it™™s full, very little light filters down to the lower shelves. Also, there are no ™convenience ™ drawers I.e. for dairy or deli items, except for a butter dish. The vegetable bins don™™t appear to have a way to connect them to the shelf above as most refrigerators do, so they are at risk of pulling out if one isn™™t careful. This unit is excellent for use as a second refrigerator but has drawbacks when used as a primary one.

Sleek design with easy opening without having to attach handles. Even though this is smaller than the unit it replaced, the adjustable shelves accommodated all of the food from the previous larger unit. I am very pleased with the unit itself. The only thing that could have been improved for this purchase was the delivery expectation. I expected the unit to arrive on the delivery date I selected. It arrived at the third-party deliverer on that date, but I did not receive it until a week later. The delivery crew was awesome when it did finally arrive.

Wow! What a treat. I had lost my second refrigerator to old age when I chose to purchase a Frigidaire refrigerator. I am so pleased with the space and top freezer. So many things are prohibited with a side by side which my old second refrigerator was. Sausage balls, cookies, meal size portions and grapes are easily placed on a baking sheet frozen then moved to a freezer bag. I am thrilled with this purchase and will stand by its quiet running.

Works fine. My only concern is that parts in a kind of sealed bag were in the fridge when the delivery guys left. Nothing in the instructions as to what these parts are used for. The delivery men were very efficient and friendly and I am content with the fridge. I am using it in the garage. I also went on line to see if there as an explanation but no positive results.
