I bought it used it 4 times and the electronic latch broke. Since then Ive been trying to get it fixed. Its been two months. LG wont replace it after its been in your home 48 hours which is ridiculous. Since then Ive had to contact THEM 6 times to try to get it repaired. The appliances may be great but the service is horrible so if you get one hope it never breaks. They tell me I have an appointment nobody shows up... then they say somebody is going to call and nobody does. If they had any clue what was going on they never would have asked me to do a review. Steer clear.

The dishwasher has been installed for about 2 weeks and seems to preform ok. One observation is the unit does not seem to dry unless the dry boost or night dry are on. Even then there is some condensation left in the unit. As far as the 1 star rating - this is due in large part to the customer service and support. I ordered this unit on 9/11 it was in stock at the time of purchase and confirmed to deliver on 9/18. By 9/17 I had not received any updates from LG I tried calling them and they told me it was now on backorder. I tried over the next several days to get LG to tell me what the status was via emails and phone calls. When I did finally get an update that it was awaiting shipment the LG team could not tell me where it was shipping from or what the new ETA would be. I found this surprising that a technology company couldnt seem to track their order status in more detail than awaiting shipment. The unit finally delivered on 10/03 over 2 weeks late. I was told by the LG team that there would be some restitution for missing the original delivery window by more than 5 days. I have been trading emails with the LG team ever since and they have repeatedly failed meet their own deadlines for response. First well get back to you in 5 business day this has been escalated to our Presidential Liaison team they will get back to you 24-48 hrs I never hear back from them unless I prompt them and even then its escalated and yet never addressed or met with any urgency. Ive owned several LG products. Fortunately Ive never had to deal with their customer service team. I wont buy another LG product and I would advise the readers to reconsider.

I would leave a review on the item itself but I can not because LG will not deliver it to me even after having bought the item 3 weeks ago. They were incorrect with their delivery date their delivery company will not deliver it they push back the date saying there is bad weather when there is no weather event at all because it was toward the end of their shift and no one from LG will respond back to me regarding my order. They 100 deserve a 1* because they will not give me the items and be wary of buying from here if you are needing your appliances because with the current outlook I may never get it or hear back from LG.

I wouldnt know whether the product works or not because LG has not installed it. I was logged into my military account. Selected free installation AND paid $25 to have the old unit moved to another room so that I didnt have to bother with moving it myself. Ive called and all they have stated is I did not select the free installation. Why would I pay $25 for someone to move it if I wasnt having them install it? Not to mention they havent sent anyone to even move it despite me paying for that service. None of it makes sense. I e-mailed hoping for a resolution as their phone systems are impossible to listen to due to static on their end. No e-mail response. No dishwasher installed. All this after a 10 yr $1k dishwasher from LG stopped working after 7 years and it started giving issues after 5. They issued me a coupon for that and I couldnt even use the coupon on the dishwasher I bought because they wouldnt allow it for military purchase. It has been a horrible experience. Heck I had to find out about the military discount program myself by researching. Customer services seems completely uninterested in solving this issue. And if you look at other reviews from the same time period you will see Im not the only person with the free installation service issue.

Prices have been lower by almost $100 from $854 to $764 with free installation. I have been charged $854 for the LG dishwasher and $154.99 for installation. I need my invoice to be adjusted per the current marked price and installation made free. Please refund $244.99

Failed after 5 months

The control panel failed after 5 months. The control panel is also not under warranty and the original part has been discontinued. LG does recommend a different replacement part at a cost of ~$266 about 1.4 the purchase price. Support is horrible never talked to a human the support email was so badly written I thought it was a scam and the support video was worse show images of car doors and other unrelated issues to troubleshooting a dishwasher.

Love the design and features and it was whisper quiet as we had hoped. But over the first six months it has started getting more and more noisy. Based on internet searches apparently there is some sort of pump in the bottom that is prone to failure. Now we need to find time to start navigating the warranty process.

I bout this dishwasher on December 42023 we were remodeling and the dishwasher stayed in the box until December 11 when we unpacked it and started the install we found the dishwasher on the inside is broken and ball bearings were all in the filter and pump we have been fighting with Home Depot and LG to get it repaired or replaced and NO ONE WILL RESPOND EVEN THOUGHT WE PAID EXTERMENATOR FOR THE 5 year warranty

Wow what an upgrade from a 15yr old model. The drawers glide very smoothly there are many interior options for adjustments for various style pans and plates. This cleans very well. I think the dryer on my pervious model was a little better but this one is not bad. One of the coolest features is the interior light. This is also very quiet. Very happy.

This dishwasher is the best I have ever seen. The quality is super. It is quiet and washes the dishes the way they are suppose to be washed and they come out sparkling.
